Facts In Minneapolis Are Being Censored
Watch A Recent Interview That Social Media Is Trying To Hide From You
I recently gave an interview to Alpha News on the state of policing in Minneapolis and it was immediately age restricted on YouTube and I was told that Facebook had limited sharing of the article.
Considering what is on YouTube without restrictions including nudity and vulgarity combined with the factual basis of this interview tells you everything you need to know about the effort to mask the truth about policing in America.
The Minneapolis Police Department should be the focus of every law enforcement leader in America as it serves as a stark warning what will happen if leadership fails but I often wonder where the leaders are? Why aren’t those leadership gurus online discussing the destruction of what was once a great city?
Just a month before the murder of Minneapolis police officer Jamal Mitchell, the police chief said that police training was too focused on tactics and safety and that was just one of many concerning issues I discussed in the interview.
Books, memes, and quotes will not fix law enforcement leadership. There has never been a more important time in our history for real and authentic leaders to stand in the gap and defend the men and women serving our communities.
If you aren’t doing so now, I encourage you to get in the game. We need you now more than ever.

Amen! 100% on target Dr. Yates!
On point and honest. Maybe one day this jellyfish approach to leadership will end.
