It certainly looks to me like the prosecution and the judge engaged in judicial misconduct and malfeasance. Can it be any more radically unjust than apparently for the prosecution and judge to summarily interfere with and obstruct proper evidence and witnesses, as well as advance a substantially improper charge? It smacks of dereliction of duty and improper interference.

Hopefully the officer can sue the judge and prosecutor's involved. It was an evil thing for them to do.
