When any leader has enough emotional investment into someone that trust is built through empathy, then performance increases. Well stated. John Kelly has distinguished himself as a leader in the officer wellness space but he has exceptional clarity in the police leadership sphere. Those climbing the rank ladder to command staff would be wise to consider him a resource. I’m looking forward to the full podcast soon.
